STEP ONE: FINDING THE RIGHT OPPORTUNITY
Navigate through Kronos.
Applicants can browse through all available jobs, or use the search tool to look for a specific job. Jobs can be saved for later if you do not have time to complete the process.
Confirm the minimum qualifications are met and that the position is a good fit for you.
STEP TWO: APPLY

After an applicant applies online, it will take approximately one week until he or she receives a phone interview.
STEP THREE: PHONE INTERVIEW
The applicant will receive a phone call to schedule a 20-30 minute phone interview. If time permits, the phone interview could be completed immediately.
STEP FOUR: IN-PERSON INTERVIEWS & MATH ASSESSMENT
20-40 minute one-on-one interview with a recruiter on property. This will occur 2-3 days after the phone interview.
Timed math assessment: the applicant will have 3 minutes to complete a 50-question math assessment.
STEP FIVE: DEPARTMENTAL INTERVIEW
Potentially the same day as the in-person interview with a recruiter.
The manager of the department will perform the interview or a department supervisor will meet with the applicant. They will ask a series of questions that pertain to the job the applicant is applying for.
What to expect:
- The department interview will last around a half hour.
- The applicant will need a valid form of I.D.
- The applicant will need something that highlights their ability, such as a resume.
STEP SIX: OFFER & ACCEPTANCE
2-3 Days after one-on-one interview.
If the position is not offered: the applicant will receive an email notice.
If the position is offered the applicant will receive three (3) emails one containing a job offer, one with New Hire forms, and one with a Gaming Commission Application.
Must come to property within 72 hours.
The applicant will need to bring:

STEP SEVEN: GAMING COMMISSION
WHY DO YOU NEED A GAMING LICENSE?
The Gaming Commission is a separate entity that determines suitability of potential team members based on character, finances, criminal history and risk to current Team Members and the company.
All gaming interviews are handled on an individual basis.
What you will need for the gaming interview:
- Two Forms of valid I.D. required, along with CPL and DD214 (if applies).
- Documents of criminal cases regardless of age (juvenile/adult) or outcome.
- You will need to provide ten years of work history and proof residency.
This would be a good time to give your two-week-notice at your current place of employment after you are licensed.
STEP EIGHT: NEW HIRE ORIENTATION
Two-day on-site paid orientation. New Hire Orientations take place every two weeks from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Business professional attire is required.
