3-Card Poker is a casino table game and, while it does have the name 'poker' in its title, it isn't exactly the same game. The poker hand rankings used are the same as in standard poker variations with a major exception - straights and flushes are reversed. That means in 3-Card Poker a straight BEATS a flush. Then, I generate a score based on these numbers. For instance, if I get a result of 1,2,3,4,5 then that would equal a zero score, but if I got 1,1,3,4,5 that would be 1 as we have a pair. Similar to a poker kind of scoring, so five of the same number would be a 'full house' thus resulting in the highest score. Many variations of scoring are in common use; refer to the external links for more information. The most common scoring system used in Open-face Chinese poker is the 1-6 scoring method. In the 1-6 method the players receives 1 unit for each hand they win, and 3 bonus units if they win all three hands from a player known as a scoop. The scoring system works as follows: first you will compare the lines between you and your opponent.

SIT-N-GO TOURNEY:
Sit-n-Go start time are 7PM for Meadowlands and 2PM for Winners and 2PM Woodbridge.
Sit-n-Go games will normally play with a minimum of six players and maximum of eight players. The lead dealer can alter the maximum players per table depending on the availability of dealers or players.
During the Finals, Hearts, Diamond or Voucher Tourneys, if there is only one Sit-n-Go table available, a minimum of six and maximum of ten players is permitted. Once there are two or more Sit-n-Go dealers available, it will revert back to a minimum of six players and maximum of eight players.
The last Sit-n-Go announced by the Lead Dealer requires a minimum of six and maximum of ten players.
It is the player’s responsibility to be in the playing area and hear the list being called. Missing players who are on the list and have chosen a seat by informing the dealer and left a marker on the table or chair, will be dealt in and blinded down, and will have until announcement of color-up to sit, even if a player is knocked out. After color-up, they are disqualified, surrender their chips, do not sign out, and any knocked out players will be advanced on the sign-out sheet.
Other missing players will be re-listed on the next available Sit-n-Go by the dealer and the first player on the next list will have the option to take the seat. If that player declines, the next on the list will get the option, etc.
When starting a Sit-n-Go with less than the maximum players, no additional player is added once a player is knocked out or the dealer announces a color-up.
