The venue features a 110-seat restaurant and a ultra-luxurious lounge bar, boasting capacity of 300-plus guests. Renowned restaurateur Simon Gloftis and entertainment guru Billy Cross are at the helm, offering a new level of fine dining. The restaurant itself delivers a high-end, produce-driven menu with a focus on elegance and simplicity, all under the well-credentialed eye of head chef Kelvin Andrews. Expect dishes like grilled Patagonian toothfish with burn miso, raw yellowfin tuna with Royal Miyagi oyster with Oscietra caviar, as well as steamed coral trout with fresh ginger. Then, there’s the glamorous rooftop bar – a classy and elegant space with sophisticated tipples, VIP bottle service and some of the most spectacular sunset views you’ll find. This truly is a next-level experience … well, nineteen levels to be exact.

Daniel Ridgeway, one of the Gold Coast’s most prolific restaurateurs, is underway with his newest venue – Gotham Grill & Rooftop Bar on Bayview Street in the heart of Runaway Bay. The details are being kept under wraps for now, but we’re told the venue, which will feature a multi-level restaurant and rooftop bar, will open its doors in early 2018. Given the Ridgeway Group’s track record on the Gold Coast with venues Little Truffle, BiN72, BiN89, BiN232, Bin 12, Rivea Italian and more recently Brisbane’s BiN931, you can expect something pretty special with Gotham. All will be revealed later this summer – keep your eyes peeled.
